The South African Football Association (SAFA) has appointed Morena Ramoreboli as a stand-in head coach of theBafana Bafana team.


Morena was the assistant coach of Bafana Bafana and caretaker coach for Bafana Bafana in the COSAF Cup 2021. Ramoreboli’s sharp tactical abilityhelped Bafana Bafana win the COSAFA CUP 2021

The Free State-born mentor is not a household name on the domestic front but recently won the Botswana Premiership with Jwaneng Galaxy, of which the extension of the contract with the team as a head coach was announced.

He will be assisted by Raymond Mdaka who helped Marumo Gallants reach the last 4 of the CAF Confederations Cup.

Through his management – Brand Arc Sports, coach Morena Ramoreboli has expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to lead the national team to COSAFA 2023.
